1. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our support team at posterwala.xyz1@gmail.com or via phone.

If the order has not been processed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After Dispatch:

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

Minor variations in color or texture due to lighting, photography, or screen settings will not be considered defects.

3. Return Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
