At Posterwala, we take pride in delivering high-quality posters and art prints. This policy outlines our terms for order cancellations, returns, and refunds to ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience for our customers.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch:

    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our support team at posterwala.xyz1@gmail.com or via phone.

    • If the order has not been processed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • After Dispatch:

    • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    • You may still opt for a return as per our Return Policy below.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Product: Poster or frame arrived damaged during transit.

  2. Incorrect Product: The item received does not match your order.

  3. Defective Print: Significant printing defects or quality issues.

Note:

  • Minor variations in color or texture due to lighting, photography, or screen settings will not be considered defects.

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless defective.


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.


4. Return Process

  2. Approval: Our team will verify your request and approve if eligible.

  3. Shipping the Return:

    • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Posterwala will arrange free reverse pickup.

    • For other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Inspection: Returned items will be inspected before refund or replacement is processed.


5. Refund Policy

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.


6. Replacement Policy

  • If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged or defective items, we will ship a new product at no additional cost after receiving the returned product.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized posters.

  • Items on clearance or marked as โ€œFinal Saleโ€.

  • Products returned after the allowed time frame.
