Orders placed after 8:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

Custom designs or bulk orders may require an additional 2–4 business days for processing.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (available at an additional cost)
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, strikes, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499 (inclusive of taxes).

Orders below ₹499 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹49 (inclusive of taxes).

Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link.

You can track your order directly through our website’s Track Order page or via the courier partner’s website.
5. Packaging & Handling
We take great care to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition:

Unframed and Framed Posters: Bubble-wrapped and packed in sturdy corrugated boxes to prevent damage during transit.
6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within India.

International shipping is not available at this time but will be introduced soon.

Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
7. Delays & Issues

In the event of unavoidable delays, our customer support team will notify you via email/SMS.

Posterwala will not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at posterwala.xyz1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

In case of lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and offer a replacement or refund once confirmed.
